Almost Perfect!

All and all, a great vacation and would love to stay there again when we return. This property was in a great location, next to the pool area and the gym/spa. There was plenty of space inside with 4 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths. The Margarita machine is always a plus but pick up a bag or two of ice if you plan on making your own as the ice maker doesn’t hold a lot of ice. My recommendations for small improvements would be to add some towel hooks or another towel bar in the bathrooms, maybe an umbrella for the back patio table and perhaps not leave the dining table set with dishes. Looks nice for the photos but very impractical when a family is using the space. Just my opinion. Note: Never had to reach out to management but probably should have as we only had one set of bath towels per person for the week and the third floor master shower was getting water leaking onto the floor when we showered. We couldn’t figure out how but this should be addressed. The toilet paper holder in the same bathroom needs to be tightened as it fell off the bracket a couple times and the door handle on the second story bedroom with the balcony in the front, fell off when we opened it. Just needs some maintenance I think.

I recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in one of the few Orlando’s most luxurious resorts with out breaking the bank. Let’s start from the beginning. I traveled to Orlando for my 30th birthday with a group of my best friends in total 6 of us. To hit Disneys EPCOT park and drink around the world. The check in process was so easy. Walked into the lobby provided my booking info and name and was handed 2 complimentary drinks staff was so nice. The property provided plenty of parking right in front for all our guest. The property was conveniently located a quick walking distance from the main pool areas and bar (you can see the pool entrance from the property door) and a great playground steps away from the back of the property Perfect for families with kids. Once inside this house is so clean and modern. Full kitchen with all items needs to make breakfast, lunch and dinner as well as speciality drinks. We did a quick Publix supermarket run and filled the fridge but there is also plenty of cafes and restaurants on sight if cooking on vacation is not your thing. Stairs are a bit narrow and steep not recommend for small children or elderly but I understand the design of the property needed it. Because let me just say I was so pleasantly surprised to find that not only did it have 4 spacious rooms. They all had their own full modern bathroom with great hot water pressure AND each room has a balcony! the master at the top has the biggest double sink bathroom and lovely balcony my cousin and I were able to do morning sunrise yoga and it was just Devine. The living room couch also pulls out into a sleeper sofa. Wifi, map and check out instructions were provided at checkin to dispose of trash. No housekeeping is offer but they do provide extra sheets, linens, pillows, toiletries. Delivered right to the door. We visited the on-site outdoor mall and entertainment area and it really brings the resort experience full circle no need to leave everything is on site. Let’s talk price point, i understand prices fluctuate with the seasons and this might not be everyone’s case but I compared what I paid here on VRBO with what the margaritaville resort website charges and it was a whomping one thousand dollars off! I will absolutely be back with my kiddos.

Great location in a fun resort

Had a wonderful time staying in this property, although there were a few (very minor) things that would have improved the stay. The Great - house location very near the pool - made it great for our time relaxing and being able to run back if needed. - spacious house with lots of room for us - well equipped kitchen with coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. - close to Disney and to restaurants in Sunset Walk - comfy beds and bathrooms The "not quite as great" - had some noisy neighbors on one night (yelling loudly outside at midnight) - houses are close together. - sofa a little small to fit all of us when relaxing in the evening - for a 4 bedroom house a larger sofa would make sense. - limited supplies in kitchen. Although dishwashing detergent, soap, trash bags, and paper towels were supplied, a bit of salt/pepper and cooking oil/spray would be helpful to include as well since that is something we wouldn't typically purchase for a short stay. We'd definitely come back and stay in this property - loved the resort and house!

Perfect Location. Close to Everything

Had a short stay with my family of 5 at this beautiful and clean property. Location to the pool and amenities of the hotel were perfect. Margaritaville is also geographically convenient to all the Disney and Universal parks. There is a free shuttle to the parks but an Uber or Lyft is also very reasonable cost wise to get around and to the parks. Definitely would recommend and stay again in the future.

Amazing vacation

This is house was absolutely perfect. Great location with immediate access to pools and other resort amenities. Around 100ft to the pool entrance! I have 3 teenagers who enjoyed riding the community bikes around the resort and even to dinner! The house has 4 large bedrooms with very comfortable beds. Each room also has there own bathrooms with a large walk-in shower. We will definitely be back!!
