Welcome to Champions Cove, a stylish 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa located in the gated Champions Gate community. Perfect for families or small groups, this home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and features a private screened-in pool with a child safety fence, outdoor patio furniture, and sun loungers—ideal for relaxing under the Florida sun.

The villa’s bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged across two floors. On the first floor, you’ll find a queen bedroom with an adjacent full bathroom. Upstairs, a king bedroom with a private bath features a nautical “Boat” theme, while two additional rooms include a twin and full bed in a “Whale” theme, and a twin and full bed with a “Hogwarts Coat of Arms” theme. A full bathroom on the second floor serves the two themed bedrooms.

The open-concept kitchen and dining area make gathering effortless, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a breakfast island with seating, and a formal dining area for family meals. Champions Cove combines comfort, style, and fun for an unforgettable Florida vacation.

• POOL HEAT:

Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 5-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub—it does not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



• GRILL:

Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas bbq grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.

Our stay was heavenly.

I enjoyed our stay, checking in was fast and efficient. Smiling faces at the club house. All around great service. Only thing was all of my Amazon orders were undelivered, not sure if they were not accepted at the gate. But I would recommend Champions Gate.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property and will definitely book with them again!

Although I had a rocky start with management, I would definitely say they made things right. The property was just as it was described in the listing. When we walked in, we knew we chose the right place to stay. Large bedrooms, nice clean bathrooms and a large kitchen all made for a perfect stay. The living room was a little small, but we could tell from the listing, and knew we wouldn't be using it much anyway. Beautiful location, amenities and property. We enjoyed the private pool and the Oasis Club, which was within walking distance to our townhouse. It's close to Disney, but allow yourself extra time for traffic jams. Close by stores make your stay even more convenient. We make yearly trips to Florida and will definitely book at Champion Gates again! Thank you for the wonderful time!

Everything was pretty good except the Ice Maker didn't work from the refrigerator.

Everything was pretty good, except there was one problem. I didn't have any crushed ice the whole time we were there. The Ice Maker from the refrigerator did not work. I was mad about that...I had to buy ice from the store...Other than that, I enjoyed my stay...

Great stay on plunker drive

Great clean condo space for our stay at championsgate. Good supply of nneeded cookware in kitchen for several nights of cooking. Very close to oasis club. Only negative is check in at gated entrance and almost every night coming in a back up of cars that is very frustrating and needs much improved process.
