Our home is brand new and features 2 suites, 2 bedrooms, and 3 1/2 bathrooms, fully furnished, sleeps 10. The house has 4 bedrooms, with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 full and 2 duck beds. Well-equipped kitchen. If you bring your laptop with you, there is also free Wi-Fi. The community has a swimming pool, playground, and large patio areas. This house is very cozy and comfortable. This location is really great!!! 17 minutes from Disney 23 minutes from Universal 5 minutes from Walmart 14 minutes from Premium Outlets 17 minutes from Disney Springs It is a home away from home for you to enjoy. For the comfort of your arrival, as a courtesy we offer the Welcome Kit (1 toilet paper per bathroom, 1 mini soap, 1 mini shampoo/conditioner, 1 sponge for dish-washing, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 mini detergent, 1 mini box of laundry soap), also guests can find a breakfast kit at the kitchen. It is not our responsibility to reset the Welcome Kit.

Great stay for large group

This was perfect for my group of 10; the amenities were great and it was in a relatively good location as well. Ample space and convenient area.

Very clean and organized.

We love this house. Thr only problem was the air conditioner. Temperature need it to be set at 73. It was hot. But over all nice place.

Very clean and organized and only lacking a few areas.

The location is convenient and easy access to local attractions. Property was clean with no issues there. We would stay here again. Areas for improvement do exist: The number of place settings does not match the description. It states they only provide a starter set of items for use which is fine for most things. An example problem was being provided only one trash bag. That is a little ridiculous. Just be prepared to pick up some plates, bowls, cutlery, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, etc. and you will be fine.
