THIS HOUSE IS SELF-CATERING. Please stop by your nearest supermarket to purchase personal toiletries and desired meals.

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Before check-in, a professional cleaning company will thoroughly clean and inspect the unit. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

FOOD: As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets, hence, all food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no supply of items such as condiments, coffee powder will be provided prior to check-in.

PARKING: Parking tags are provided inside the home and must be placed inside the vehicles while parked at the property to avoid towing. In case of loss or if a tag is not returned, a $200 replacement fee will be charged.

TRASH DISPOSAL: Trash must be taken daily to the dumpster located on the street adjacent to the Clubhouse.

PACKAGES (ONLINE PURCHASES)
• You may send packages to the home during your stay. They will be left on the doorstep. Please inform the Delivery Company of the Gate Code provided in your Check-in Instructions.
• If the online seller uses USPS, it will not get delivered as the Post Office does not recognize vacation homes as regular addresses and the package will be returned back to the sender. UPS, DHL, and FedEx will leave it at the doorstep.
