Recently upgraded to Platinum (Highest level). New glass top range/oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator. Newly painted and new wood floors (January 2022)
Boasting more than 1,200 square feet of space, this 3-bedroom Abacos villa at Bahama Bay Resort & Spa is ideal for family vacations or group getaways. Comfortable king-sized bed in the master bedroom, queen‐sized in the first guest bedroom, and the second guest bedroom features two twin beds. There is also a sleeper/sofa in the living room. This Abacos villa also features two full bathrooms.
Enjoy meals in the fully-equipped kitchen which includes all major appliances such as a refrigerator, new oven w/ glass-top stove and microwave, and also includes cookware, utensils, and glassware. With plenty of room to spread out, guests will love the spacious living room-dining room area and can take in the scenery from 2 screened balconies with tables and chairs.
An in-unit laundry room means guests can wash clothes while watching cable TV in the living room or bedrooms.
Best location in the resort. Building 18, 50 feet to the pool, beach, dock, and bar/restaurant. Quiet third floor unit with no one above.

There are 4 heated pools, 6 hot tubs, a children's splash park, playground, video game room, beach, lake, BBQ grills, walking / jogging nature trails, volleyball, tennis, basketball, fishing dock, pool tables, foosball, fitness center, Internet cafe computer stations, library, and free coffee/tea 24/7. There is a full service spa onsite as well as 2 restaurants, a market and gift shop. Off site there are restaurants, a Publix (grocery store), liquour store, pubs, golf course, gas station, bank and all sorts of other shops. All within a 5 minute drive.
No additional fees or service charges at the resort. Your payment includes everything.
The unit is not wheelchair accessible. No elevator.
