Our host, JanaLynn was very welcoming and prompt to respond to any question or comment that arose during our stay. Everything was clean, organized, and exactly as presented in the photos. A very well-done family house with surprises at every turn! The kids loved the different themed rooms and outdoor spaces. We had 12 people in our group, and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out! Highly recommended!!

This was a wonderful family vacation house! The house was clean and comfortable with lots of space for all 13 of us (ages 4-64) . The children loved the toys, costumes, the theater room and especially the pool. It is also a close drive to the parks, we were never in the car more than 20 minutes. Which was wonderful at the end of a long day in the parks. The neighborhood is quiet, safe - just as described.

This house is exactly as pictured! My grandchildren loved the themed rooms and each room had toys to match the theme and/or cosplay outfits. My husband enjoyed watching sports on the home theater and the kids had a good time in the pool and the backyard is spacious with a beautiful carriage outback for any Cinderella fans. The home was clean and the host/owner was very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils, plates, glasses, cups, and pots and pans. The local Walmart is only a few blocks away.the home has two washers and two dryers, which I loved because I was able to steam sanitize the costumes the girls chose to dress up in. I imagine this is done before each guest arrives but I wasn’t sure. The only suggestion I have is owner should consider putting a flat screen tv on the wall in the Star Wars master suite. I’m not a fan of having tv’s in kids bedrooms, but the master suite could use one. We would absolutely recommend this home to any family with big or little ones who enjoy fantasy. If you are a Harry Potter, Star Wars, Disney Princess or Beauty and the Beast fan, then this vacation home is a must visit!

We went to theme parks the entire stay and can honestly say it was the best decision we made at an amazing value. Not only did we love everything about the house, it was an adventure in itself with all the fun activities to be had, very well stocked, especially the kitchen for cooking, and our family prefers to cook, but also it was incredibly close to supplies publix/walmart/starbucks. We stayed in January with our 3-year-old son and Grandpa, the weather was in the mid 60s, and we just had the best time. We did Disney with park hopper passes, hit the parks first thing in the morning, returned to the house to refuel and recharge once the parks got busy midday, and then ventured back to the parks for the afternoon/evening. This house is literally that close to Disney. The best part was returning to the heated pool and the jets in the hot tub, after all that pavement walking, even our son looked forward to going back to "that house" with the castle. Thank you so much for having us!
