The check-in was horrific! We stayed in line for about 45 mins.! There has to be a better solution. Around 4p, it's a rude pile up. After adding a vehicle to my reservation, the gate authorities still turned my guests around to get back in the line. They made it through, eventually. But refused their vehicle to even come through later! They parked at the store the remaining 2 days of our stay! The house itself was amazing! Enough room for everyone! The home had high chairs, pool accessories, all of the kitchen utensils I could ever need! Numerous board, video and card games, the kids were never bored! I had a question for the owners on 2 separate occasions. The owners responded in record time! The lazy river on property rejuvenated my entire soul! I will definitely book again!! Thank you, Gina

Happy, happy! I was a little worried the pool would be one of those really small ones—nope, it’s a great size. We had to buy floaties to enjoy it even more. Hot tub was nice too. It was also nice that there were plenty of beach towels provided.Three families stayed over spring break, and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably. We also visited the clubhouse one day and really enjoyed the pool, lazy river, and the bar with fun cocktails.The only suggestions I would have are to include a few more kitchen basics—such as spices (at least salt and pepper), bags, and dishwasher detergent. We arrived late, so a small starter pack with coffee would have been especially appreciated before heading to the nearby grocery store.The bathrooms could also use towel bars and/or hooks.Overall, we had a great stay! Giovanni Pizza (nearby) was a hit with everyone.

Great family/friend getaway

Had a great stay at the property. Host was very quick to respond to messages. House was clean and just as pictured/described. The kids loved the house and resort pools. Easy to get to from Orlando airport. Would definitely recommend.

The house was large enough for our party of 12 with plenty of room. the pool and hot tub patio area was nice to be able to use after a long day at Disney.

Beyond our expectations, even better than the pictures and we just had such a phenomenal time on the property at the waterpark game room! The theater room is incredible. I would love to duplicate this house I live here! Everything was perfect. Would love to come back!
