Hello team. First off, I just want to say that all my other experiences with Hilton have been amazing. This time around though, I had a few complaints. First, the sheets and towels looked dirty and stained. Second, the bathroom door would get stuck from the inside if you closed it fully. The first day, I had closed the door inside the bathroom, and once I tried coming out, the door was stuck shut. If it weren’t for my partner being in the room with me, I would not have been able to open the door without busting it open. Third, the toilet would constantly stop flushing because the chain that connects the water lid to the handle would constantly fall off, so I had to manually put my hand in the tank to reattach the chain so the toilet could flush again. I had to do this various times. The stay was unfortunately not up to the previous standards I’ve had with Hilton.

I was only there one night. My room was right next to the elevator so I heard it at night and ALL mornimg which did not allow me to sleep in. Also, one of the towels left for us in the bathroom was actually dirty. The bed was comfy. Overall the room served its purpose bit can't say I will stay here again.

The hotel doesn't maintain the quality, and the water filter is not maintained. The shower room has a leak in the door, and everywhere the water smells compared to other Hilton hotels. The staff service is not up to mark. Room service is not up to mark. The breakfast is a little bit good.

As soon as I entered my room, there was a bug in the bathroom. The room stank. You could tell the carpets were dirty. The walls were so thin, I could hear the next room very clearly. I paid $400 for this room, thinking that at that price, and the fact it was a Hilton brand, I would get a clean comfortable room. I could not sleep at all because it was so disgusting.
