Check supplies because you have to request

We did not know guests had to call the front desk to request housekeeping services before 11 am. With three people, the 1.5 rolls of toilet paper quickly disappeared, and late at night, we had to go to the front desk to get TP. Make sure to check supplies because you have to request them. The hot breakfast was good. It is served from 7 am to 9 am. The dining area can get crowded, but you can go outside and eat by the swimming pool too. The staff is super friendly. The elevator is slow and not worth the wait if you're on the 2nd floor. Use the stairs. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we would return to this hotel.

Overall a great stay, staff is amazing, clean, quiet , and comfortable beds. Breakfast is just your average hotel breakfast, nothing special. Only one elevator and it needs some maintenance.

Location was great for us; however, the room was smelly and damp, we didn’t have hot water, and they couldn’t provide room service for towels “due to the number of guests checking out and having two cleaners” When brought up complaint to desks in first night due to cold showers, it was advised they would let someone know. Night two-they would let manager know. Had to retrieve our own towels. Eco friendly- while breakfast was great, all dishes were styrofoam. In all, biggest disappointment was having cold showers Friday-Monday, then no room cleaning/fresh towels.

Staff was bery friendly inclusing the front desk as well as the kitchen staff for breakfast The bathroom in our room stunk any time you turned the water on. Not sure if Orlando just has smelly water or not. The drain to the tub didn't even come close to keeping up to the shower head which actually wasnr great. Regardless of what spray pattern yiu had it on, it would leak outside of that pattern.

No Hot Water

We had no hot water during our stay. Reported this to staff every day of our stay, and they were very kind and prompt in putting in complaints and requesting maintenance, but unfortunately we never had access to hot water. This was important to us as we were traveling with someone with medical needs. Have tried to contact management 5 times since our stay and have not heard back. Absolutely do not recommend.

The staff was awesome. Great breakfast every morning. Fresh towels and trash emptied daily. Room cleaned on request. Close to Disney World. Only con is the shuttle only does pick up at 9am and returm at 10pm.

There was cockroaches in the room. The bedroom had a strong smell and the walls were so thin that I could hear the guest next door. Very old elevator and many times the door would take a few minutes to open and it seemed like it was going to break at any time. Nice staff. Close to Disney.
