Great staff, clean room. Very close to Universal. Would stay again. The bus to Universal leaves once a day early so make sure to plan if you are going to use it for transportation

The room was over sprayed with deodorizer like it was covering up another smell. There was also an air scrubber sitting outside the room. They performed loud work on the drywall on our wall which was loud when trying to relax. I’m assuming there was water intrusion of some sort but was sick to my stomach due to the smell of the room.

Employees were very friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and updated. Walking distance to universal Studios, but also had a great shuttle to the parks. Would definitely recommend!
