The check in wasn’t too smooth, since I stood at the reception area for more than 10 minutes looking for someone to check me in. Beside that the place is great, nice pool and decent drinks and food. I wish they had better internet connection, it’s very slow and the tv’s barely have any channels and since the internet is so spotty the Netflix wouldn’t load on the living room and main room tvs. I would still stay here again, this was my second time here.

Overall this was exactly what we needed for a family of 8. The only downside is that there was some minor defects, the dishwasher top rack was broken, the ice maker didn’t work properly, the curtain rods over patios were not secured properly. The basic cooking utensils were poor quality and wished I would have brought some along as we cooked everyday. The dryer vent was compacted with lint and we cleaned it the best we could. I would go back even with the minor defects.

My family stayed in a 3 bedroom townhome facing the pond. At fist glance, the unit was clean. There were some signs of carpet "wear and tear" on the 2nd level, but nothing crazy. No bugs observed. Kitchen was clean and well stocked. We made dinner for 7 people twice witthout any issues. The hot tub was clean, heated, and worked without any issues. The main pool was warm which was nice as we experienced some cooler days by Florida standards. Price was very reasonable as we brought our Labrador with us. There may be no better place in the area if vacationing with a pet. Will be staying here again!

Love this property. Like that it’s gated. Love the hot tubs at rooms. Only complaint is I paid for a lake view room, and did not receive one. I had a view facing someone else’s unit instead.

I had went in to the office to report to the hotel staff that our dryer was not working the day after my family and I arrived. Anthony noted it but I guess he did not report it Because we went the entire 6 night we stayed with no dryer and I had 4 kids with me and we had only packed minimum clothes with us from Canada because we had thought we would have a washer and dryer certainly a mothers worst nightmare. The day I checked out yesterday the 4th I was told I would receive an email from the manager by the lady working at front desk when I checked out but I’m still waiting today I have received nothing. We come to Florida every year and was hoping to keep staying with regal Oakes but this vacation was very disappointing. I paid a big amount to stay at the resort and there was no dryer we had to ask for more toilet paper because they place one roll in your bathroom for a week when I worked in the hotel industry we always placed an extra roll on the back of the toilet. Also I had to ask for bedding for our couch there was absolutely no extra bedding in the room. The property was beautiful and the pool but I was dissatisfied was our room.

Great place to stay! close to Old Town and lots to do within driving distance. Hot tub with covered enclosure so nice. Would book again.

I have three young kids and we loved our stay here! The pool was amazing and they have a bin of toys and blow ups to use. The cabana and restaurant on property were wonderful to have. We loved the location with Old Town in walking distance and easy drives to WDW and the airport. They also have an option to rent a pack and play and a high chair which was really convenient.

Everything was great. Very clean, friendly staff. Very helpful. The only thing I would change is maybe have a little basket with salt and pepper, maybe little bottles of condiments maybe 25 coffee filters. But that would be the only thing. Maybe I should give a bad review and we could keep this great resort to ourselves. Highly recommend.

Our unit was 2600 Bungatti and if you get this unit beware it was kinda outdated there was no hot water for the shower in the master bedroom and our hot tub was cold so we didn’t even get to enjoy it and for 275 a night not even worth it very disappointed and will never be going here ever again
