The property has a restaurant inside which was nice .. the roof top pool was very nice only draw back is we was in room 680 where the roof top pool and bar was and it was noisy late at night which make it hard for me to sleep good but my husband can sleep through anything lol ..

Terrible staff. The front desk was not accommodating at all. The hallway smelled terribly. The AC in the room wasn’t working at all. I’ll never stay there again. They also hold a fee of $100 per night. Parking was terrible. There are better hotels in Orlando to stay at. I didn’t even wait to check out. I left early in the morning. Never staying there again. Don’t fall for the price online either. Another couple called corporate on them. Especially on that woman named Maria at the front desk. She was mean for no apparent reason.

Front desk staff helpful. Room was very clean. Hotel was quiet. There was a Walgreens right next door and many places to eat or pick up souvenirs in walking distance and plenty of options for public transportation. The only issue we encountered was the lack of cleanliness with the rooftop restaurant and we arrived about 15 minutes after it was supposed to be open. Should not have been that dirty that early in the day. Clearly was not cleaned the night before and a lot of the items on their menu online are not available on the physical menu. (Oh, and they were not open at 12 as advertised)

The property itself was nice and very clean but the extremely limited parking made it difficult to enjoy fully. Especially on the weekends when valet parking is in effect for the restaurants.

Really pretty hotel and really nice, updated rooms. Front desk was a bit rough around the edges with other people but I am sure they get issues a lot due to parking and lobby use. The parking was an issue. They have a restaurant and a club that they use up the parking for and we had to park at another area and wake up early to move our truck or we might get towed. Because of the club upstairs being by the pool they close the pool to guests at 6 pm. This is the time we got back from walking all day and wanted to get in the pool the most. Really nice hotel and in a great area to everything but not parking or small kid friendly.
