Capteeva Villa is located in The Abbey at West Haven, just a few miles from the Magic Kingdom. It is a beautiful five bedroom, five bath vacation home, ideal for your family vacation. The home consists of two master suites with a King & Queen beds, one full size bedroom and two twins in the other two bedrooms. The home also has a TV, VCR, DVD player and a CD player. There are new flat screen TV`s in each room and the living room with a sound bar system for your enjoyment.

For outdoor recreation, the home has a pool and a spa.

The ChampionsGate Golf Resort designed by Greg Norman is only two miles away. This home in this location offers something for everyone.

Enjoy all that Orlando has to offer such as the theme parks: Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Legoland, Discovery Cove, Aquatica and other attraction such as I-Drive, City Walk & Disney Springs; Shopping malls such as The Mall at Millenia, The Florida Mall and The Outlet Mall. Sports events include Orlando City soccer and Orlando Magic basketball.

The stay was acceptable. The property definitely needs an upgrade. We had no towels, the grill provided was filthy & mildewed, master bedroom sheets had dirty spots, the blinds & curtains gave you no privacy, the carpeted rooms was filthy, the patio furnishings were disgusting & filthy..

The property was clean needed some touch up repairs but ober all not bad, but not to updated to other houses in the area. Fridge and freezer was great ice maker didnt work properly. Communication with property managemwnt Florida Spirit Vacation was poor. Had to get correct internet name and password from reading sign in house because what i recieved in email the day before arrival was incorrect. Contacted them about the jets in hot tub was not working amd no surprise did not contact me back. Contacted them about my pool heat not working the last 3 days of my stay and didnt contact me back which it was working great when i arrived and paid for 8 days and got 5 days. Wanted either turned back on which i took a picture of pool heater settings which only light lighted up was power not the heat light. So house is nice but if have to communicate with property management hope you get better then i got.

Convenient but needs some TLC

The property was close enough to everything. We only used the downstairs so I can't comment on the upstairs. There were quite a few broken things and the cleaning could have been better. The kitchen had everything you would need. I did need to contact the mgt about the lock and they did respond quickly.

Lovely home

This house was very clean , nicely appointed , with all necessary pots/pans, towels, etc. My family and I enjoyed the pool and hottub . It was exactly as advertised. My only slightly negative comment would be the extremely noisy pool equipment outside of the house next door drowns out any conversation on the patio and there is no quiet time ever when sitting outside. Equipment runs 24/7, even at 7 am . But this is not a reflection ofthis home.
