Nice place

Overall my family and I were satisfied although the theatre room was not function and the pool sticks had broken tips as well as the fooseball table had a broken arm when we arrived we luckily had other plans so it did not effect much. The pool did not get chlorine added and cleaned until the 3rd day. Did not really care for the fact that there was an extra charge to use the grill. With that said the location was convenient to move around and have a little fun.

Memorial day vacation

Well first off lovely home but not everything works dishwasher wasn't working properly and the beds are so hard I was home one complete day just in bed trying to get my back back together from the hard beds the grill had no propane and there was two cans that was there and both was empty and then we waiting about two hours for the maintenance to bring a new tank and then the grill didn't work after the propane was bought the chef ended up cooking the food inside the home because the grill was no good but we did enjoy each other family and we made it work but the price was steep for what we faced once there both beds that I slept in was like sleeping on the floor

Renters Beware (Please read part 1 of 2)

Don't waste your time or money with this company or VRBO house. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Please understand this is the first time I have ever felt inclined to leave a negative review. However, hopefully this will help the next guest. Pros: My family and I had a great time because we enjoyed each other's company. Hence, the generous one star. Cons: 1. The cleanliness of this place was severely lacking. The house had a strange smell, the showers had mold in them, the chairs were dirty, and the carpets were filthy, the area rug was a safety hazard as the corners were curled up, the mops were dirty, and the fixtures were dusty. We spent the first hour of our time cleaning up a home that was supposed to already have been cleaned. 2. Our first night there it was 40 degrees and the heat did not work. I requested another unit; however, I was told there were none available. Therefore we had to stay in a freezing home our first night. This issue was not rectified until the following afternoon. 3. There was a lack of water pressure in the shower. The water did not get hot, only warm. 4. The washing machine did not work properly, as it got stuck on the soak rotation a few times. 5. We requested for the pool and jacuzzi to be heated so we could enjoy it. Guess what?!...That did not work either, we were told it was due to the cold temperatures; however, our neighbor's worked just fine as they used theirs daily and we could see the heat coming from their water (I guess they were not experiencing the same temperatures in Florida 🙄). 6. There were multiple outlets that did not work in the home, cracked tiles in multiple rooms, and holes in one of the bedroom walls. 7. The beds upstairs felt like sleeping on cement with a mattress pad. 8. There were 14 of us and each bathroom only had two towels and washcloths. 9. The movie theater system kept going out (thank God we have some tech savvy people in our family) 10. The trash was left overflowing a few times (although we followed their rules of having it out for pickup daily) 11. We were here for our Christmas vacation. In which, I requested a Christmas tree and for all of the beds to be put together. Multiple reminders were sent prior to our arrival and NONE of this was done. 12. The Wi-Fi is horrible for cellphone, tablets, and computers. 13. Out of all things listed, the only things that they took care of(a few hours after our arrival) were putting the beds together.

Beyond Expectations

It was our first family vacation this size and we didn’t know what to expect. Hoping and praying for the best, it was more than we expected. Clean, spacious, comfy and everything you need to enjoy our stay without even leaving home. Fantastic!

A FABULOUS EXPERIENCE!

I booked a 4 day weekend on this property for my boyfriends 30th birthday. He wanted a nice, relaxing time with his family and it was everything we expected! Everything was great! The movie theater projector was going in & out the last day but it wasn’t a make or break for our trip honestly. The pool was incredible and we loved that there was a jacuzzi! What a beautiful home. The master bedroom is MAGICAL, the bed and pillows are literally like sleeping on clouds. The neighborhood was quiet and it’s 5 mins away from nice food spots and a Publix. This was literally one of our favorite properties and hope to book again in the future.

A great Labor Day weekend

The bbq was great. Beautiful kitchen that was fully stocked. Plenty of pool towels and bath towels. Very modern house with impeccable decor. Lots of pillows and blankets. I wish there was a toaster Lanai could use a fan for the heat Saw roach in Las Vegas room and outside table ( I think because of new construction) No princess room No minions room No marvel room Tv in king room does not work AC froze a few times Not enough toilet paper Sawdust in Pool We really did have a good time and I would rent from there again.
