This was the worst experience in a rented property for my family. It was dirty, the water in the pool was cloudy and it smelled badly. We found cockroaches everyday and the property manager replied our complaints on the 3rd day of our stay only. The communication is also confusing as there's multiple phone numbers and emails exchanged with the property manager. The issues made us checked out 2 days earlier than planned. Overall, this property needs a renew and refurbishing as everything is pretty old. I do not recommend it for anyone.

The place is located in a gated community. It is safe, clean, and quiet with a beautiful lake in the back yard. We walked around the lake almost every day and on New Year's Eve, we could watch fireworks from home. The lake reflected the fireworks in the water so we could see the spectacle in both the water and the air.

Beware, we were duped. Price including all fees and taxes is not correct. After you give your credit card information it is then charged by Wonder Vacations and they charge a lot more. Unfortunately ours was non refundable so we were stuck. Then they charge a $400 deposit which they then fabricate damages to steal your deposit. Had I known who was the owner and could have reviewed them, I never would have rented this. This happened to so many other people.

La maison était agréable, mais il y avait beaucoup de cafards. Les murs auraient nécessité un peu plus d'attention (dégâts d'eau, moisissures et saleté à certains endroits). Les draps de la chambre principale n'étaient pas à la bonne taille. La cuisine était bien équipée, mais il n'y avait qu'un seul torchon pour essuyer la vaisselle et aucun pour nettoyer les surfaces. Malgré tout, nous avons passé un très beau séjour.
