Retreat Circle

The size and location of the property is excellent. We have stayed within a number properties within Retreat Circle and thus one was unfortunately not as good as the other properties we have stayed in. The property was in a dirty condition upon our arrival. The property is also in need of redecoration. Staining was noted to the ceiling in the main lounge area, presumably related to a previous leak. The air conditioning vents were particularly dirty. The air conditioning system had numerous maintenance warnings coming up. There was a random black barrel in the pool area. The extract fan within the second en-suite bathroom does not work. The lights in the main en-suite bathroom were flickering. The sofa within the lounge area was stained and dirty.

Sehr netter schöner Aufenthalt

Wir waren für Disney World und anders Attraktionen in der Nähe von Orlando. Das Haus war sehr schön und geräumig, bietet viele Zimmer und Badezimmer. Komplette Haus ist klimatisiert und lässt sich angenehm steuern, Klimaanlage ist auch nicht laut und kann gut nebenbei laufen. Lage ist sehr angenehm und ruhig. Etwas abgelegen von der nächsten Hauptstraße ca. 8min fahrt. Unterkunft ist nicht komplett neu, Möbel sind aber in gutem Zustand, lediglich manche Wände könnten gestrichen und z.B. Teppich im Obergeschoss könnten ausgetauscht werden. In der Küche hatten ein paar Standard Ausstattungen gefehlt, wir hatten die Agentur kontaktiert und sehr schnell Antwort bekommen und haben sogar weitere neue Küchenausstattung vorbeigebracht bekommen. Im gesamten war es aber ein sehr guter Aufenthalt mit viel Platz und nettem Pool
