Good communication, but needs a lot of updates

This location needs a lot of updates, especially the furniture worn out and stained. We had maintenance a few times to replace a toaster and to look at the ice maker that never ended up working.

Comfortable

Had a few things not working when arrived (door keypad & swimming pool pump for 3 days). Longer walk to amenities than was aware of. Enough room for sleeping. Not much room to get comfortable in the living room for 8 . Couches are very uncomfortable!
