This hotel is really nice. Clean rooms, beautiful room and bathroom. Our adjoining room door was not working so we called the front desk. The maintenance man was there in seconds. The food in the cafe in the lobby is DELICIOUS. The lobby is beautiful too. We would stay here again. The buildings are two story so there isn’t an elevator. Not a problem. The cafe is open till 12am. No buffet breakfast, but believe me I’d rather pay for and eat delicious food.

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable. The staff were very nice. We brought our dog and he loved it as well. There was plenty of room for him in the suite because there is a whole other room for him to roam. There were areas outside to walk him which included “clean up” areas with bags and a garbage. The only negative was that the hot tip wasn’t working. We will definitely stay here again.

No pool or hot tub available. False advertisement on amenities. There should be a notice when booking if these are not available. I would have cancelled and booked elsewhere if I was notified in advance. No room cleaning, no re stocking of coffee pods or other basic services. On our check out day they had maintenance workers power washing directly outside our room from 8am onwards. Extremely noisy and ruined our time to rest before a very long travel day. Would not stay here ever again

Towels and sheets had some stains on them. as well as some hairs imbedded on them. I’m not too particular with these kinds of things however being that there was only on request housekeeping they could have made sure of that issue a little better. Other than that everything was clean and it was an overall good stay for the price i paid.

Pool not only was closed but looks like abandoned. The reason I signed up for this hotel was the pool and hot tub. Bedroom felt very much like a motel. Always grateful for a place to lay may head, just giving y’all a heads up when considering these amenities.

Room was clean and everything worked (just the hot water in the shower was a bit tricky to manage). The wall is very thin, so you can hear everything in the other room. Next to me a lady just kept arguing and swearing at their roommates early in the morning. I was out from 8:30am to almost 4pm and the room wasn't yet cleaned. The gym is very limited, but like any other hotel that's what is expected, but one of the few equipment they have was broken (the bench press one). The pool wasn't available due renovations, but it was cold anyway. Overall I had a good experience. Is right next to Universal Studios. Is a good option if you just need a clean place to sleep and shower. And the price is fair for what they give.

I stayed for 2 nights and it was okay. There wasn’t anything special about it. The bathroom could’ve been a little cleaner, but the water pressure and temperature was great. It’s like 2 blocks away from Universal which is very convenient.
