It is located in Crestwynd Bay a gated community that is peaceful and safe as well as closest to shopping, Disney, and restaurants. The home consists of 1 KING bed with an attached bathroom, 1 QUEEN bedroom with attached bath, 1 Kids' bedroom with 1 twin and 1 bunk bed and Living Room with a sleeper sofa. The home can sleep 6 people very comfortably and 8 people with the use of a sleeper sofa. The home has in-home laundry (washer and dryer). Very close to the pool. Free Parking in front of the house. Cable and flat-screen TVs included.WIFI and High-Speed internet (normally $10 per rental) are included. The kitchen includes all normal "home" appliances - microwave, refrigerator, cooking range, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, and blender. An initial packet of coffee and sugar, as well as a small hotel soap bar, shampoo, and conditioner, is provided- you will have to get more from Walmart, Publix, or other stores nearby for longer stays or for a bigger group. Please note: you will be required to sign a rental agreement so that we ensure you have read the rules of the HOA and the city. Local City laws require us to keep track of all visitors.

Great stay at Crestwynd Bay
Property manager was excellent . Great communication between us and Mannys team. Been coming to Florida last 10 winters and Manny was the Best property manager we’ve done business with. Property exactly as described with accurate pictures that weren’t 10 years old. Would stay here again as it Doesn’t get any better than My Orlando Stay
The property was very clean and spacious, the communication was good with quick response and helped with my necessities. Walmart and restaurants near by especially very close to Disneyland was a plus

The property is really nicely kept but the neighborhood it’s in isn’t. We had people shouting from the roof next door and when we came back the same neighbour was sitting on our doorstep!!
Also the pool was quite a walk away from the property and lock all kids sat there all the time!
Also kids ringing the doorbell asking for Steve on 3 separate occasions!!
Had a nightmare checking in as wrong house code given as well!!
Wouldn’t stay again as didn’t feel safe in the area.
Property was great. Easy to find and close to everything. it was a 3 bedroom/3 bath and fit our family perfect. The only negative thing I would have to say would be there were 2 roaches, 1 frog and 1 lizard found inside the property (all dead), but other than that it was perfect.
