The property itself is nice, but to enjoy a hot tub we had to get in our car and drive because the pool right next to our unit didn’t have one. I don’t watch a lot of tv but we did want to watch an NFL football game Sunday night on a local channel after a long enjoyable day outside and found that none of the tvs in our unit worked. We called maintenance and the guy couldn’t speech English and we had talk to someone on the phone that told us it had something to do with the cable company and couldn’t be fixed until the next morning, which we were checking out the next morning. We had an issue with the master shower not working that the maintenance people did fix.

Honestly after reading all the reviews I was terrified and rethinking staying here. I’m so happy we stayed. Was amazing. Got in later Friday night, we did have an issue.. light switch triggered and lost all power and then woke up with a bathroom flooded.. but customer service was great and was moved right away. After that our other 4 nights were amazing.. huge beautiful 3 bedroom condo with beautiful views. Had the pools to ourself.. kids loved it. Went over to the water park a few days that was amazing there! Can’t wait to come back!!

Great place for a vacation or staycation. Check in is a bit of a process and they will push you to try to do a timeshare presentation but they accepted when I said no 4x. The waterpark was nice, limited hours. The other pools are nice. Restaurants and food options close earlier than I would have liked but the drinks we did get were reasonably priced and delicious! Staff were friendly and the room was clean and well stocked. Well maintained, close to shopping and things to do.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel was very quiet and relaxing. The rooms were very clean and well maintained. I was impressed with how spacious the rooms are, giving plenty of comfort during the stay. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.
