Upon checkin they offered lemon water. My mother and daughter drank yhe water and was sick immediately after. They stay sick for out entire weekend in Orlando. Our room wasnt cleaned adequately. However, Cameron, Grace, Bibiana, and Marjory gave 10/10 service, and was extremely dweet and helpful. We would stay again just for them.

The check-in person the night we arrived was nice. All the other staff went out of their way to not make eye contact (and one even cut me off in breakfast area twice in a rush to get their food). The bedroom in our room was nice, but bathroom had black mold blatantly growing on the wall. Not a little bit of mold, but the whole upper half of one wall had mold spots all over it. And the fire map on the back of our door was from before the hotel was expanded. Yes, the nearest fire stairs are still on the map, but really? You make the building 2x as long, but don't update the fire maps?
