The shower was stuck with water coming out of both the foset and shower head. We had to inform the 2 days in a row before it was resolved. There were little sugar ants below the TV. House keeping forgot to refill out tolit paper and didn't replace all the towels after taking them. The beds were never made. Breakfast was okay, but if you got down there after 8, the regular waffle batter was empty. The shuttle to Universal and Epcot was fine. I didn't mind having to walk to the hotel next door for the shuttle. I've walked much further than that for shuttles at a Disney hotel.

Great place near Universal. Pretty clean, good breakfast, nice staff. Can't ask for anything better in the price range. TV had cable connection and limited channels but that's nothing to complain about. Would definitely recommend.

When i lifted the sheets to check the mattress for bed bugs, it was super dirty with food crumbs. The restroom had 2 baby roaches. The shower curtain wouldnt stay closed as the rod was placed incorrectly. The water never got really hot and the drain took forever for the water to go down. The sound door would not lock at all. Pretty scary. The whole room made me feel gross.

I only had one complaint and that was that the shuttle to and from Universal only runs 3 times in the morning and 3 in the evening and picks up almost an hour and a half before the parks close, causing you to lose park time or walk the almost 2 miles back to the hotel. Otherwise the stay was amazing would definitely recommend with the transparency of shuttle times.
