Amazing staff

The front desk clerk, both nighttime and morning of our check-in and checkout was absolutely a breath of fresh air and in such a great upbeat positive mood. She was incredibly helpful anytime I had a question and even helped me with getting a Band-Aid when the market store did not have one for cut that I’d given myself just before checkout. And that king size bed is the most comfortable bed. I think I’ve ever slept in in my life, I wanted to take it home with me.

What a gem! Loved the area and the very nice and clean comfy room. Although, the bathroom sliding door was awful as if wouldn’t stay shut and very loud. After changing my reservation from 2 nights to 1, the rate became extremely high and I feel $369 for one night was way too high.

Great Stay!!

Our stay at Courtyard Orlando Downtown was great! Check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The Bistro was a great place to grab breakfast and the coffee they served was delicious. The only issue we had was with the hotel’s shuttle. We called the hotel to ask for the shuttle at the end of a show at the Dr. Phillip’s Center and told them the location we were waiting to be picked up. More than 20 minutes went by and we decided to go with a rideshare. When I let the front desk know that we were not picked by the shuttle the staff were gracious to comp our breakfast this morning. Despite being left out in the cold by the shuttle (it was 50 degrees and very windy while we were waiting) we will stay at the Courtyard Orlando Downtown again.

My son and I have stayed here on two different occasions, and both times we found this hotel absolutely wonderful. The staff is fantastic, the accommodations are immaculate and the beds are just so dang comfy. We are actually booking again two more times next month (travel basketball tournaments) - it’s so great to find a place this amazing and comfortable if you must be away from home. Thank you!
