This cute and compact apartment is on the third floor. Sorry no elevator. This is a one bedroom apartment with a section portioned for an additional bed. Both are queen beds. Please note, that the guest bedroom( with partitioned wall) is quite small and has a large opening in the wall near the ceiling.

The apartment comes with excellent amenities in a safe and gated community within 7 miles of Disney Animal Kingdom Theme park. The resort amenities include 2 Pools one of which is heated, Jacuzzi, Gym, Tennis Court, Volleyball court, Play areas and ponds. There are 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed in the small and compact bedroom. Equipped with fast wifi, large TV in living room and master bedroom and a work desk.

The home has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, smart TV in the living room and TV in the master bedroom as well. Unit has a dedicated washer and dryer. Linen and towels are provided to the guests!

Unit amenities include; towels, linen, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, microwave oven, refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher, electric toaster, central air/heat, dishes, cookware and utensils.

There are 2 swimming pools in the resort and the one next to the clubhouse is heated. The resort also features a indoor Game Room, Fitness center, Volleyball court and Kids play area.

This is a strictly no smoking property. If violated we will charge $100 penalty.
Please no parties, no types of gatherings or events are acceptable. Sorry no pets.

Lot of parking available inside the gated community. Feel free to park in any open place near the building.

We have a playpen and a highchair for our very very young guests.

We have a security camera outside the main door monitoring the area outside the main entrance.

Our holiday vacation home rentals are all self-catering. This means that is under your responsibility to bring all of the supplies which you will consume or use during your stay. This includes toiletries, food, drink, sanitary supplies, etc.

Guest acknowledges that Florida's has a tropical climate Insects, rodents and lizards flourish in this environment. Owner will try to minimize encounters, but any encounter inside the property does not breach this Agreement and does not entitle Guest to a refund or rental adjustment.

No Third-party services are allowed at our house. Violating this rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund and will incur additional penalties.
