Disney parks and Universal were 10-15 minutes further away then what was described in the details. A light around the pool flashed on and off all night long and bedroom was on the same side. We had forgotten some clean souvenir cups in the dishwasher and owner said they would be sent to us,it has been 2 weeks and no cups.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot.

We had an amazing time! The house was comfortable and spacious, and it felt like a second home. The kids loved the pool, and the location was perfect for visiting Disney World and other family-friendly attractions. The complex was safe and welcoming, making it an ideal choice for our family vacation. We'd definitely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great spot - it was just great from start to finish!"

Not what was expected

Arrival at the location around 6:30 pm and we processed in through the community management. It took about 20 minutes from arrival to getting tot he rental unit. After entering the rental and settling in, we looked around to note any issues due to lessons learned from prior rentals. The carpeting and bedroom furniture show heavy signs of use. There were stains on the carpet, patch work visible in bathrooms. We did have an issue on several days with bugs in the kitchen area. Owner had fumigator come out to spray several areas throughout the home, but we saw more bugs after they sprayed especially around the refrigerator. Overall, the rental is in need of a total refresh from carpets to paint and issue with bugs.The good thing I can say was that the pool was nice which we paid to have heated during our stay. Travel time to Disney Parks during rush hours took between 30 - 40 minutes.

The check in process is ODD. You check in ,go to the club house, and hunt down someone to write you a parking pass (that’s a first). However, you can park more than 2 cars!! There were issues that the owner responded to quickly. We wanted to grill and the grill was falling apart and out of propane. We had to leave and get propane, and my husband pieced the grill back together. The house is dated. The kitchen is stocked really well! For the 2 days we stayed it was good.

Unsafe environment

License for occupancy expired in 2020 . The home had many safety issues, for example broken chairs, broken safety lock front door, smoke detectors, broken patio furniture. Princess room, broken ornament, weigh around 2 pound fell on my daughter’s foot because it was not properly secure The last step on the staircase wasn’t covered with rug like the rest, very slippery I fell the stairs and hurt me knees. The air vents were filthy. Basic toiletries, for example soap not provided. Dirty blankets. The princess room, no working lights only in the closet. Broken blinds. The toilet had to be flushed over four times for it to work. Refrigerator iced dispenser was filthy. I had to clean it out. I have pictures. the host was very rude and condescending when I brought my concerns to her. My family and I want a full refund. Thanks

Orlando house rental

Great house in a nice neighborhood. Very nice presentation. The owner of the property was extremely responsive. The only reason they didn't get a full five star all across the board was the owner or management did not provide enough bath towels and washcloths. We had to go to Walmart to buy these items at our cost and expense. Other than this, great rental experience.

How we was smaller than expected. Definitely pictures taken at favorable angle. Pool was not as advertised. Paid extra for heated pool couldn’t swim for first two days. Grill was as held together with zip ties.
