Just wanted to let you know that I was not pleased with the condo cleanliness and condition. One other guess did stay but I found other lodging as the condo was not to my standards. The furniture was old and dirty looking, spider webs everywhere, I even had a spider in my bed. The sheets in the guess room smelled sour, the bed was so old and uncomfortable like it literally was one sided and made loud noises if you made one slight move. There was hair in the sink, toilet and bathtub. Again, the other guess had the mater bedroom and they were okay but again I had the guess bedroom and only stayed Thursday night as we checked in around 9:30pm Thursday and I left 6am Friday morning as it was a very uncomfortable stay and I refused to stay another night. Hopefully you guys will do some upgrading and better cleaning. I did not see any reviews on Expedia so I hoped for the best but was disappointed. Again hope you guys will do some upgrading and better cleaning and I hope this isn’t the standard for all your Evolve properties. I do not recommend this place.
