Our host was very friendly & returned our calls quickly. She listened to the concerns we shared (hole in twin bdrm wall, keurig coffee maker required replacing, main floor bdrm closet was used as storage., masterbdrm xumu was missing making it impossible to watch that tv & short-lived ant problem in kitchen.) Our host contacted the owner regarding these issues, Despite these problems, we would do business with our host(ess), Carmen, again. She is to be commended for the job she did serving us. The house layout was what we had seen and met our needs. The pool amenities were wonderful. The resort staff from the front office, the food/drink servers, pool towel attendant(s) and the activities director were all friendly, professional, respectful and helpful. The resort was safe enough for us to walk both before dawn and after the sun had set. All in all, we had a great vacation. We are seriously considering returning to the Davenport area next year. Regal Palms resort is a serious contender for our future vacations. Thank you !
