Welcome to our beautiful Disney Villa.

This spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the perfect getaway for your family! Boasting an open floor plan with a master bedroom and en-suite bathroom, walk in closet, 3 additional bedrooms comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located property.
The space
Enjoy our beautiful WEST FACING POOL that CATCHES THE FLORIDA SUN all day long. Surrounded by mature trees to provide a peaceful private oasis. Hang out on our lounge chairs poolside or enjoy a bite to eat at our outdoor dining set under our sheltered Lanai which is perfect for entertaining. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional charge.

Please make yourself at home. Each bedroom and the living room are equipped with large smart TV's that you can stream from, WIFI, books to enjoy in the TV stand in the living room, and much more.

Pack & Play and baby monitor available upon request for little ones.

The kitchen is fully stocked to ensure easy meal prep.

Fresh towels and linens are provided. There is a washer/dryer along with detergent, fabric softener, and stain remover which is provided for your convenience.

House was in a very nice safe neighborhood right outside the Orlando area. Good location. Very clean. Easy check-in. Nice security system. Publix within a mile with numerous restaurants in the immediate area. Disney about 15-20 minutes away. Very near Interstate 4. House was about 20 years old and everything was in working order. Furniture and beds very comfortable. No cable TV or local channels (NBC, CBS, FOX, ABC). We brought a portable antennae and a fire stick. Our antennae allowed for local channel reception. The TV’s were all smart TV’s and allowed streaming. No grill but the property manager allowed us to use our table top portable grill. The house had an open layout and was very bright. Beautiful pool area with nice pool. Pool heating extra. Property manager very responsive. Quickly got back with any questions or concerns. Highly recommend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

A casa está bem localizada. A vizinhança é muito boa com muitas facilidades por perto. A limpeza deixa um pouco a desejar, quando chegamos havia muito pó no chão da casa. As roupas de cama são ótimas, mas faltou cobertores, mesmo com o aquecedor ligado a casa fica fria a noite. No site não identifiquei informação de que só podiam dois carros na propriedade, quando meu irmão foi me visitar, fui notificado por haverem 3 carros. O aquecedor de piscina não atendeu nossa expectativa e gastamos dinheiro a toa, pois a piscina só esteve com boa temperatura em um dia. O aquecedor da piscina fica ligado apenas das 8:00 am as 8:00 pm.Apesar destes pontos a casa é ótima e nós voltaríamos para nos hospedar nela. Anfitrião bem solícito.
