EVICTION NOTICE

There was an EVICTION NOTICE on the door. The host of course, would not answer. VRBO was not very helpful until I reached a manager level. Did not get into a hotel room until 4:30 AM. Avoid this property and maybe VRBO in general.

I booked this property for five nights but had to leave after just one due to extremely poor conditions. The unit was infested with roaches—in the cabinets, bedrooms, showers, and throughout the space. There was no shower head, one of the tubs was clogged, the pillow was visibly dirty, and we found used toilet paper upon arrival. The air conditioning was not functioning properly, and the bathroom only had a shower curtain liner.I contacted the property owner immediately to report these issues, but received no response after my initial complaint. Despite requesting an email address to send video evidence of the conditions, I never received a reply. The owner has refused to issue any refund, which is unacceptable given the circumstances.

Safe and clean! We stopped for a few nights to visit Disney Springs on our way to Tampa. It was just what we needed and so much better than a hotel room.

Memorable for All the Wrong Reasons

We’ll start with the lack of response from host. We got msg welcoming us & instructions. But, we never got reply back from night arrived to ask where we could send pics of issues. Broken shade in master bedroom & stains on sheets of both beds. Neither bed was size advertised. Listed as queens, they were full size at best (48” wide, 75” long). Says sleeps 7, but couch unstable with gap in between attempting to use for sleep, no sheets or blankets to use. Shower in master bath only a pipe out of wall, shower head missing. Key card for clubhouse (game room, gym) & pool nowhere to be found but host noted would be charged 200 if not left at checkout. The fact we never located the key card fell on deaf ears though we sent repeat msgs. Found towels in dryer, likely intended for us never set out, we used our beach towels. Towel rack in master bath hanging off wall, one in 2nd bathroom loose. No liquid soap in either bathroom dispenser, one partially filled w/H2O. Shampoo, conditioner, & body wash holders in showers empty. Trash bags outside door at check-in though message said trash must be taken to community dumpster. No dish soap, a cracked shelf in fridge. Also odd decibel meter in property to ensure no parties occur or 3,000 fine would be issued. We went to a hotel one night during stay before our big event next day to make sure we got rest. Beware! Do not rent from this host!
Trash left upon arrival when host explicitly states for guests to put in dumpster upon checkout.
Master bedroom shower missing head only the pipe is exposed.
Towels found in dryer not laid out for guests to use.
Not queen size bed as advertised, only 48” x 75”
