The outdoor pool, spa, and water park were great — our family really enjoyed those amenities. However, the room itself was disappointing. The A/C didn’t work properly during the two nights we stayed, and no one offered us an option to switch rooms. Additionally, the front desk staff could improve their customer service. They weren’t very courteous when we approached them with questions, which made the experience less welcoming.

Great hotel we had mold in our shower made me sick we had a accessible room the button which didn’t work they started working at 7 am hammering right out my window
