The rooms are very spacious, and the hotel is sufficiently close to the downtown area. However, I didn’t realise that the tax wasn’t included in the price I paid on Expedia. Had I known of the additional charge I likely would have chosen another hotel.

AC was broken for hours and I was told they would accommodate it in the morning in the morning somebody knew was working and told me that they would not be giving a refund because the AC was only broken from three in the morning till eight in the morning. My room is very hot. My guest could not sleep or nor could my dog. Meaning I didn’t sleep either.

Donna was amazing, helping us get checked in a little early and allowing us extra time to check out. Everyone at the property was extremely helpful and friendly

Like I already said, I had workers changing and light fixtures, not light bulbs for an hour at a time in my room we couldn’t get in or out of the parking garage every single solitary time we came in or out we had to call because it was broken and the toilet flushed maybe one out of every four times we pushed it the bathtub plunger completely fell out and was in the middle of the bathtub. We actually love the place in the people there, this is the worst experience we’ve ever had in a hotel and we are in Florida every two weeks.
