Close to shopping (Grocery Stores, Malls, & Outlets) just off US 192 highway in Kissimmee. Close to Orlando Airport. This is not a new short-term rental, but we are newly managing.

The place was nice and very clean. The neighbors were not noisy. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. The community was very nice. My family and I really enjoyed staying here. Looking forward to staying here again.

Nice stay

House was nice, host was very prompt at answering questions. However, be prepared to bring coffee, laundry detergent, trash bags, and towels, because there was only one towel per person for a week stay, and very limited toilet paper. Hosted brought laundry detergent, coffee, and dish soap when I asked about it. Advertisement said there was highchair and portable crib on the property, but we couldn’t find it. Other than that, it was very good and I would stay again.

Wonderful stay

The communication with the property manager was excellent. The property was as described. The location made it easy to get to Disneyworld. The unit was spotless. We enjoyed our month's stay and have already booked for next year.

Could be better!

The place was spacious. However it was not the cleanest and the furniture needs replaced. We ended up fixing the toilet in the upstairs bathroom since the chain was broken. We needed to clean the showers before they could be used since they had mold and when we went to sleep my son and I woke up with a bad rash from the bed we used and ended up needing medication. All bedding sheets were washed right after.

The host was very responsive and helpful. Everything was clean. Great for a family if you are just looking for a place to crash at the end of the day. 20-30 min drive to Sea World & Disneyland. Would definitely book again if we ever go back.

Nice townhome, great area, very clean

The location being half way between Disney and Silver Spurs Event Center was perfect for us. It was right off the highway 192, and close to shopping and many restaurants. The pool area was nice, and the entire area was very clean. The only negative that I have is that having stayed in other vrbos, there were no trash bags, paper towels, soap, etc. provided. There was a very limited amount of toilet paper for a family of 6. We immediately had to go out and purchase these items as well as batteries for the TV remote, detergent and fabric softener. Overall, I would recommend this vrbo to anyone, just be prepared to pick up a few things.

Good place on a budget

Place was good on a budget. Only things were kitchen and living room were a little small. Kitchen was hard to cook in, and furniture wasnt really comfortable. The community pool and hot tub area were not very clean, and the hot tub water was really gross. Good place to stay if you dont plan on using the pool area.
