Host was responsive. Had a couple major issues. AC wasn't working when we arrived and washing machine leaked when we tried to use it. Management company responded quickly to both issues, but still negatives.Access to neighborhood on Friday and Saturday evenings was a nightmare, too much traffic for staffing at the gate.
