Fantastic

We had the pleasure of staying here for 8 nights whilst on a trip to Florida with family and friends. From the moment we booked Jeeves were so easy to deal with and prompt too. It is definately in a safe and great location. From the 8 pools t the waterpark there is so much to do. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family from Australia and would definately consider booking again. The only recommendation we have is maybe more toilet rolls or salt and pepper could be made available as it would have been useful.

Enjoyable stay.

We found the townhouse excellent. For safety sake, the missing tile grout in front of the master bathroom shower could cut a bare foot. I don't think the a.c. unit has an air filter and my wife suggests rotating the mattress in the master bedroom. It sags towards the edges.

Great location and well appointed in general

We had 7 people stay for 5 days for a soccer tournament and Disney visit. It was a great location. The downstairs is well appointed, and having a kitchen was key for us with a busy schedule.There is a clubhouse and community amenities, which guests have access to. You have to go to the hotel to get access, but the hosts give directions. The restaurant is good but a little expensive. The drinks are overpriced for what you get. Our only major complaint was the comfort of the beds. They were really cheap, and most had broken sides (metal bar inside mattress). They were hard, and the master mattess sagged to the point that you could roll off to one side due to broken support. You truly need a good sleep for active trips like a tournament or even a few days in the parks. I wanted to be honest because we chose this location due to a review that stated the beds were comfortable. Everything else was very enjoyable.

Family vacation

This house was an excellent choice for the 10-day family vacation for relatives who came from Brazil to visit Disney. The house is spacious, clean, organized, and no more than 15 minutes away from the parks. Additionally, the condominium is beautiful and offers various amenities. I highly recommend this house if you plan to visit Orlando.The house does not provide a sufficient quantity of personal hygiene supplies and cleaning supplies for a total of six guests, so be prepared to visit a grocery store within the first few days. Also, there are very few hangers in the closets, which forces you to leave clothes in the suitcases. While this may not be an issue for short stays, it was inconvenient for a 10-day stay.Communication with the host was somewhat challenging both before and after the stay. I sent a message through the booking platform to clarify some contract details but never received a response. On the day of check-in, the host called me to ask if I had received a link to finalize the rental process, which I hadn’t. This was something I had already inquired about in my unanswered message. I also contacted the host a day after leaving the house to try to retrieve my Alexa Echo Dot, which I accidentally left in the living room, but I didn’t receive any response.

Great Disney Stay

We booked a three night stay For a birthday Disney trip. The house was great. Well decorated well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, which is important to me. The neighborhood was very close to the Disney resorts, and we were able to take an Uber to avoid traffic and Parking. The online initial price was surprisingly low, but then when You begin the booking, there is a high host fee. That irritated me, but it seems like all of the VRBO’s in that area do that. It definitely worked out to be less than a Disney resort hotel. The check-in process seemed a little excessive. I do understand why, as these homes are very nicely decorated and seem to be brand new construction. It seems they want to ensure the guest will take good care of their investments. All in all, I think this was a great Option for my family and a long weekend Disney trip. I would definitely do another stay
