Our room did not smell good, it smelled like old wet carpet. We found hair and dirt inside side the bathroom. Some of the towels were stained. The staircases were only on one side of the building, with no indication that’s where they were and you needed your room key to access them. I

My first time at the Element hotel was in Savannah, and my family and I really enjoyed it especially the continental breakfast. As a result I said I’d have to go back once I traveled again. Aside from the dimly lit parking lot and the fact that I had to pay for parking in Orlando, it was yet again a lovely experience.

The property was nice for the price staff was nice friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good breakfast area was clean all the time. Room was nice, stove regular size refridgerator dishes like a mini studio. Conveniently close to seaworld and aquatica also 2 minute walking distant to I-drive. I would suggest that the hotel change the couches in the waiting area and the chairs by the elevator from cloth to a material that can be wiped off because they are very dirty and have housekeeping to wipe down the inside of the elevators because the hand print and sticjy stuff on the buttons was gross. Other than that the hotel is nice I will stay there again and would recommend it.

Not great. We were not given the room we booked (king) and the girl at the desk made us think she was giving us some kind of upgrade. We were surprised to find we were given a room with two queens instead. There was someone else’s hair on the bed, the room was either 50 degrees or 90 degrees throughout the night, the couch was missing a leg so it was crooked. Our door would not open upon check-in, so much so that we thought it was locked from the inside. Just overall not a great experience for what we paid. Also, we have never seen more stained carpeting in a hotel before. Pictures online looked nice but it did not live up to them in person.

Overall ok experience. Hotel lacks proper maintenance. Staff responds to the guest requests and tried to fix it. Our room had ants! But we could switch room at least.

My stay at the Element Orlando International was amazing! The reviews I read prior to my stay made me a little nervous however when I arrived, the room was ready and clean, check-in was quick and easy. The reason I gave a 4 was the carpets in the hallways are a little worn and in need of replacement. They had a little smell to them. I did decide to use my disposable sheets, only because I am OCD and I use them every where when I travel. The complementary breakfast was cool and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance if you want something else. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are going to Sea World/ Aquatica, I took an uber for less than $8, however they are within walking distance. The pool is open late and the on-site bar was a plus. I would stay here again as the price and location were perfect!

Checked in at 6pm ask for a face towel never arrived asked again 5 hour later housekeeping came with the wrong item we couldn’t communicate had to visit the front desk twice and 45 minutes later I got my face towel.
