You must stay here!!! It was perfect for our family. Sleeping was very comfortable. And plenty of room. We had a room with a small kitchen, which had everything we needed. It served its purpose. Was not impressed that we had to ask several times for clean towels and for room to be serviced. Breakfast was not bad, fresh and simple. I would not stay there again and would recommend trying to find somewhere else before booking but last resort it was ok.

This was the worst stay I have had at a hotel in a very long time. When we checked in the power was out in the rooms of the hotel and the service area was on a backup generator. I understand it was a power outage in the area so I let it go. I was told to be an hour before we got power back so I placed my bag down left. When I came back four hours later, the downstairs area did not have any power you could not use the elevators and there was nobody upfront. I had to wait about 15 minutes for somebody to come back upfront so we couldn’t walk up the stairs after another about 15 minutes to be let up in into our room because our keys and everything we’re not working. We had people running up and down the hallway all night because we were replacing in front of the staircase and it was just banging and miserable. Wake up the next morning to go downstairs and eat breakfast and the “chef“ was fixing pancakes that she wasn’t allowing to cook the whole time so it was very wrong. My Daughter did not enjoy it at all. They didn’t have any protein options and it just lacked everything. It looks like when the next day they never removed like the ice cream that melted overnight from their refrigerator to sell, and they were still selling that everything in their gift shop was extremely overpriced. A bottle of water was going for $10. The staff could not speak or communicate very clearly in English, so it was a language barrier on that the microwave and my room was not working.

I really want to give this hotel more stars but i just can’t. It wasn’t a filthy hotel but it definitely wasn’t the cleanest and Im still trying to decide if it was really worth the price.. considering some nights rates go up to almost $200. When we checked in, we were greeted by the receptionist who was incredibly sweet! Check in was truly a breeze the issues didn’t start until we got to our room. As soon as we walked in we smelt a very foul smell, it Almost smelled old and dirty. Even my 8 year old was shook. I continued to check the room and when i looked in the sink there was an air filter? At this point i was just invested in looking through the room so i went to the bed and pulled off the sheets and (not ) to my surprise, the sheets were dirty. After that i went back downstairs and told the receptionist and she immediately checked us into a different room. Once we got to the new room, i was hit with a scent but it wasn’t as bad as the first room. At this point i just came to the conclusion that the hotel just has a lil stench to it but everything else was pretty clean so i just ended up going to Publix to get air freshener and Lysol wipes. The next few days were great. We went to Universal Studios, so we were happy to know that the hotel offered a shuttle bus to and from the park for only five dollars round-trip. They also offer complementary breakfast which is made to order so it was fresh! Definitely won’t come back but it was a decent experience.

Element Orlando - a great stay!

Visited Orlando to attend a business conference. Stayed at Element and the hotel was ideal! Very close location to many amenities. Great complimentary breakfast with a chef (not the usual continental offerings). Week day happy hour with light appetizers. Nice gym, bar and pool. I would book here again.

Everything was great. Breakfast was phenomenal and the kitchen/wait staff was more than accomodating. Great gym and love their 5pm wine down
