It was not quiet. There was an air compressor just outside our room and when I brought it up to the front desk they said nothing. Mold above the shower area and I mentioned it as well. They never sent anyone to clean it. No water bottles in the room.

The hotel seemed old and worn in the rooms. It could use a makeover. The maid staff was sloppy. Sometimes we didnt have all the towels, they never restocked clean glasses, and we had to get more toliet paper from the front desk. The breakfast were a nice option but some of the meat was overcooked

I called twice regarding a late flight. The hostess was still a jerk to me for checking in past 2AM. Our bathtub water drain did not work. The fire alarm was set off by my hair dryer. The pool area was very nice but there was nobody checking to bring towels back like they said they would. They asked and never returned. The room itself was very decent. We did not make it to breakfast.

I'm trying to be positive the room was great the breakfast was very good. there were dirty diapers in the elevators that sat there from 10 pm until we left at 7:30 am. there were dirty dishes and trash bags sitting on the 3rd floor balcony from the time we got there until the time we left. The cocktail reception had one bartender with a line of 30 to 35 people in line you were lucky to get one drink let alone the 2 drinks that the tickets were for (I have pictures if you need to see) the snacks were gone in 20 min. and the dishes were replaced with paper plates. went to the cash bar where we thought we would just pay for our cocktails come to find out that the complimentary bartender was the only bartender after waiting 20 min. we went across the street to another place to have our drinks. We come to Orlando 3 to 5 times a year and always stay at the Embassy Suites either your Jamacia Ct. Adress or the International dr. Address. Sorry to say we were very disappointed this time again I do have pictures if you would like them.

Staff great,room ok, pool nice for an overnight. Breakfast amazing as well as night reception with popcorn and drinks but had very strong smell of perfume in the hotel lobby that irritated nose. Also, $25 for parking per day seem excessive
