POOL & SPA HEAT
*The cost to add on pool and spa heat during your stay is $30 a day (plus applicable state and county taxes).*

GRILL
*BBQ Grill is available for guests to use free of charge. However, if the propane runs out, it is the guest`s responsibility to exchange the tank. You can exchange it at Dollar General, Lowes, and most gas stations.*

*Cleaning the grill is the guest`s responsibility and NOT included in the cleaning fee, please clean before/after usage.*

COMMUNITY PARKING RULES
Storey Lake has a 5-car limit per home. The garage is unavailable for parking. Street, sidewalk, apron, or grass parking are not allowed and your vehicle may be towed if parked in these areas. Additional parking is available within the community and is first-come, first-serve.
