This was my 4th stay at Encore Reunion. There are both good and bad parts to this story, but unfortunately the entire operation has gone downhill. The staff, like Sarie, were great considering what they had to work with. The house was "okay", but nothing like previously provided and definitely not as pictured! Be wary that they don't show your actual house before you book!! Carpets were dirty, very very worn and smelled bad. At the end, when we removed sheets, as they require, we found the mattress cover had urine stains. The pool lounge furniture was rotten, moldy cushions that were falling apart. Management responded by trying to pressure wash them, but that didn't resolve anything. We asked them to remove it so it wouldn't ruin our pool pics and that took 3 days. The kitchen had 2 plastic cups for 11 ppl, hardly any other kitchen equipment- and what they did have was mismatched. When you spend $$$$ for a week, I would have expected much better. When I complained, I was given a $150 credit, which was something, but hardly compensation. At least we all loved the Encore water park. It's a lot of fun for the whole family. Just be aware that now they will close down the restaurants, pool bar and even park areas for private parties. We paid for the amenities and its bad they are closed for those paying more. Coffee shop closes at 4PM. Water park closes early, at 6, too. After years of staying here, this operation needs a huge refresh. Won't be coming back unless that happens.

The property was very nice, except for a broken microwave, a broken wifi that they came to repair and could not, so we had no wifi for final 3 days! Two dishwashers one did not work. needed new pots and containers as well. Property was very clean, sanitary, no bugs! Pool was also very clean. Doors in pool vicinity, locking mechanism not the best. A/C was great as were the beds. All in all, a great experience. Would definitely stay again!

To put this simple, the air did not work correctly upstairs and the pool did not work correctly the first few days of our stay. Everything was pushed off as if noone knew how to fix anything. We had more people there trying to fix stuff the first four days of our stay than we did not. Upgraded to a six bedroom house instead of the five with no option to not. It was all a disaster and would never stay here or reccommend staying here. Still at check out they claimed us as the crazy ones about the nonworking air upstairs, even though a professional company came in for hour and half and said there is noway that air works upstairs and will ever get to set temperature.

The property was perfect for our needs, the specific house we were in this time (second time there) had an undersized Central Air for bottom floor and the bedrooms always seemed warmer than the common areas.

Pésimo servicio, instaciones, fotos no reales.

Las fotos no tienen nada que ver con la propiedad que habíamos pagado, nos dieron una casa muy fea, que tenía mal olor, completamente otro tamaño, vieja, y nada que ver con las imágenes, logramos por suerte que nos cambiaran de casa, y aun así aunque era mucho mas grande y algo similar a lo que habíamos pagado. No tiene nada de 5 estrellas, ni en las camas, almohadas, baños, regaderas muy viejas, costaba extra que calentaran la alberca en la casa, lo cual pagamos y no la calentaban bien. Perdieron un paquete que pedimos en recepción, fuimos casí 5 días tarde y noche, cuando había imagen de la entrega, y firma de recibido por ellos, nunca se hirieron responsables, fuimos un día antes del check out para decirles que la tarjeta donde se iba a pagar lo extra iba a ser otra, y mos dijeron que no había problema, aun así llegamos en la mañana y ya lo habían hecho, muy mala atención de todo el personal, y estamos en espera de que me regresen el depósito de 500 dolares, porque al parecer por cualquier pequeño detalle hasta la limpieza de salida normal te quieren cobrar, cuándo no te entregan ni bien la casa. Se pago casi 100mil pesos por la casa, al creer que era 5 estrellas e incluian transporte a los parques, terrible, peor que camiones, en los peores horarios, y muy mal trato también por ese personal, tenías que hacer literal cambio de transporte, es decir dos, para llegar. Pesima experiencia, atención y cero responsables de nadaaaaa.

Our kids had the time of their lives. The area was quiet with a gate for safety. We had access to a water area along with a playground. All the bedrooms are spacious with a movie room. Omg the had an alarm on the door so we couldn’t hear the kids go to the pool. I loved that feature. I recommend this property it is affordable and close for Disney attraction 25 mins and dining location.
