The house was absolutely filthy and smelled like it’s been smoked in. The carpet was soaked in one of the bedrooms, carpets had random bleach stains all over the entire upstairs, toilet didn’t flush, pool heater quit (takes 4-6 hrs to heat back up so that sucked with kids), pool kept losing approx 12” of water over night, and no pool towels for the kids. The furnace also couldn’t keep up, it was freezing in the house especially at night, and the yard was very messy and unkempt. We had a group of 7 (3 adult 4 kids) and Would never stay here again. Nice neighbourhood, but that’s it.

The service wasn’t great - we had to ask several times before issues were dealt with. Our pool spa was draining every time we turned it on… an easy fix once maintenance finally came to see us (almost two days after the complaint) and we were charged for pool heat when we didn’t receive it. When we would go to the main building to request help nothing was noted - no villa number, no names… so we knew it wasn’t going to be dealt with. Breakfast was horrible - and staff were not helpful. If you like sugar and coffee for breakfast, you’re good - but if you want tea you have to go downstairs and buy it. There were no blankets besides what was on the bed in the villa, the couch kept pulling apart every time it was sat on. Staff generally just were not interested in assisting in any way.

Disappointing Stay – Absolutely Not Worth the Cost Our stay at Encore at Kissimmee was one of the most disappointing resort experiences we’ve had, especially considering the high price and the expectations set by their marketing. The internet was down for the entire stay, which alone made the home extremely difficult to use. We had a full house that depended on WiFi for work, school needs, devices, and basic entertainment. This was never resolved and significantly disrupted our trip. The breakfast buffet was equally disappointing. The food quality was poor—powdered or fake eggs, sausage, very limited options, and consistently not enough food for the number of guests. It felt poorly managed and not remotely worth the cost. We also paid an additional upcharge for a heated pool, yet the pool never reached a noticeable temperature. On top of that, the pool filter never appeared to be running, and the pool was not properly cleaned during our stay. The jacuzzi was also unusable, making the situation even worse. The water park was one of the main reasons we booked this resort, yet it was closed for many of the seven days we were there. With the pool, jacuzzi, and water park either unavailable or not functioning as promised, there were very few amenities left for our family to enjoy. Overall, many of the amenities advertised were either unavailable, poorly maintained, or did not work at all. This resort did not deliver what was promised, and the experience fell far below expect

Our house was clean and ready for us. Very spacious. The issue we had for the duration of our trip was our pool/hot tub. We prepaid for it to be heated. Our son us autistic and when we travel we make sure to have a pool for him as it is his way to self regulate. From the beginning it was not heated. Each day we called and visited the front desk. Each time we were assured that maintenance would take care of it. They never even showed up and then marked the work ticket as complete. Multiple times I spoke with Gia at the fron desk. She was so nice and would radio for help. Still nothing. 2 days the hot tub worked, then when it was "fixed" we even lost the heat to the hot tub. That alone would have saved our vacation. Gia did refund my money and said that she would credit it even after the heat worked. We really needed this vacation after so much loss in our life this year and we were so disappointed. Another let down. We have also been looking for a place for a big family reunion this coming fall and this property checked all the boxes. That was until the visit without a heated pool/hot tub. :( Also, a vaccuun would have been appreciated. I need a clean space and using the broom wasn't efficient.

When we arrived we had a few issues with the house and pool. We addressed front desk and they went out of their way to make us very happy and made our trip even more enjoyable. Front desk was very welcoming and a pleasure to speak with. The water park was fun for the kids, the house we had was great, had a full arcade and pool/hottub. About 25 min from the Disney parks. Great location and about 10 min to target, Walmart and Publix. If we were to go back to Orlando, we would most definitely go back.

I’ve been an Expedia customer for so long and I’ve been a VIP recently and I was hoping with the VIP status our booking will be exceptional, but we were DOWNGRADED from a 7 bedroom house to a 5 bedroom house for 12 people, there was no rollaway bed that was given right away instead it was delivered the night before our checkout date, the fridge was not working and was leaking, and the pool!!! My gosh! I’ve requested for the pool to be heated and was willing to pay $60/day, but then they said that the house pool was broken and can’t be heated due to pool parts missing! My gosh they gave me the worst house.. this was the worst vacation ever!

We had a few complaints but none were addressed. We were promised a credit for the lack of those facilities but instead we were given another debit without any explanation.

not at all what the pictures show. Staff was extremely rude. Nothing worked. Gave us the wrong house that we booked. Shops close at 4 so if you want a drink you have to drive since we didn’t have a car we had to walk a mile to get a drink. Pathetic place. Asked to speak to manager but not one on site the entire trip. DO NOT BOOK.

The house was not clean with non functional appliances. I suggest keeping additional utensils like frying pan for family with kids.
