Disliked: Cleanliness
Pros: Communication with the host was excellent. They answered questions quickly and thoroughly. Our flight was delayed significantly and they were able to add on the grocery package last minute so we had something to eat and drink when we arrived at 4am, which we were very thankful for!Con: the house was filthy and I spent several hours cleaning it just so my family would be comfortable enough to stay there. The counters and table were sticky with food, the patio doors hadn't been washed in a very long time and there was something sticky sprayed right at eye level, the patio is full of weeds (some over a foot tall) and the outdoor furniture was so dirty we would've had to wipe it all down before we could even sit on it, so we just didn't use it. All of the walls inside were dirty and had something splattered on them in literally every room. The doors are white but the areas around the handles were black from never being cleaned. We will not return here. The host did offer to send someone out to do a cleaning but this is not a quick job (it obviously hasn't been cleaned well in a very long time) and after seeing how they "cleaned" I preferred to do it myself.
