We decided to take a chance on this hotel because it was a really good price, free parking, free breakfast, and not too far from Orlando. We ended up really enjoying our stay! The hotel itself was okay - our room was large, clean, and updated but the main areas could use some maintenance. Most of the staff were friendly. Breakfast was very basic, but again, free! However, the resort amenities you have access to while staying here make it worth it 100%! The lake and pier are beautiful, and the pool closest to the lake is fantastic! We spent every morning and evening there. The water park area was fun for the kids too. The location ended up being great as well, only about 15 mins away from Disney, close to lots of restaurants and Walmart /Target. We will be back!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn & Suites as part of our summer vacation and had a wonderful time. The hotel is strategically located. And we loved the access to all the amenities from Summer Bay Resort. This is a gated area with a full time security guard. It definitely made us feel safe. The staff was so nice and helpful. We will definitely visit this place again. Thank you for making our summer vacation so memorable!!!

Terrible room for that tariff. Water sipping from ac in the floor, foul smell in the room, lack of ample lighting except for the foyer, bathroom door handle broken, stained and dirty bath tub. Except for the staff and the location of the property, everything else was not as anticipated from holiday inn hotels!

El hotel hace parte de un resort, es un lugar muy bueno para compartir con niños y adultos. Zonas de piscina, juegos y muchas actividades. Él desayuno es muy rico, buffet, siempre hay variedad. Place is ok. Breakfast was not good at all. Pool are is divided in different parts or buildings so the one they show in pictures God knows where it is because we never saw it. One thing I loved was they send room service daily to replace towels and soap
