this is a great property on one of the best kept secrets in Orlando! This is my second time saying there and we just keep finding more and more stuff to do. Would definitely stay there again

Our room was hot. We let the hotel know in the morning and when we came back it was still hot. When I called them they didn’t have any maintenance person on property and weren’t aware of sending anyone. They said they could move us to the next room but they wanted us to pack everything just for the night and told us that all the rooms go till 70 and that’s it. The hotel feels dinky but the rooms are spacious. Our bathroom door was chipped, the door handle came off every time we opened the door. If you don’t mind the heat and don’t really care about what it looks like, go ahead

They have a 2nd building next to the hotel with no camera itwas dark and inwas alone. It looks more like a motel 6 than a holiday inn express. So at the actual hotel I didnt have a room in. The AC was set at one temp no matter how much youchange the temp it was hothottonetr holiday

It was ok, though they need bit of maintenance work in the restrooms and cleanliness could also have been better. They won’t make up your room unless being told. Also, the elevator was super jerky and out of order a lot of times. The room window was also stuck so no fresh air which was a major turn off at a few points. Nevertheless, the staff was nice.

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clermont was a great stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, the property is well-kept and very clean, and the breakfast offered a nice variety of good choices. Overall, an amazing property that’s clearly well cared for—would definitely stay here again!
