This gorgeous home boasts fantastic themed bedrooms to delight your senses or awaken nostalgic feelings. All five have unique designs, ranging from the plush king rooms to the “Punch it Chewie!” Star Wars room. Plush pillows and clean sheets will ensure you rest in comfort.
The first floor king room with its bright open space offers a misty mountain theme with a stunning raised ceiling above the bed, modern furnishings, a private TV, and an en suite bathroom.
The second floor king room features beautiful marbled walls, stylish matching furnishings, and a spacious en suite bathroom.
The third is the previously mentioned guest favorite - the Star Wars-themed room. It offers twin double beds and a flat-screen TV that appears to be traveling through the galaxy itself.
The fourth bedroom has an Under the Sea theme, with a choice of blue ocean lighting, a double trundle, and a single bunk. It is perfect for the kids to have their own space.
The fifth bedroom has a tranquil blue theme with ample space for the two double beds and an en suite bathroom.

Spacious private bathrooms are a convenient feature for three of the bedrooms. All three bathrooms continue with the color themes and offer walk-in showers and vanities.
A neat fourth full bathroom is shared by the Punch it Chewie room and the ocean room. It is complete with a bath/shower combo and a vanity.
The kitchen, indoor pool, and entertainment area have access to the half bathroom on the main floor for added flexibility. You will find fresh towels in all bathrooms.

The main floor is home to the professionally designed and decorated open-plan kitchen, lounge, and dining area.
Prepare meals in style in the well-equipped kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and an inviting breakfast island. Just steps away is the beautiful dining area with overhead lighting, a modern dining table, and comfortable dining chairs.
Entertain with ease in this flowing space that leads to the lounge featuring cozy modern couches and an HDTV enabled with Roku. This skillfully designed space inspires a sense of relaxation with white and blue accents that lead to the covered patio oasis, inviting you to get active again after a well-deserved nap.

Even though there are many amazing activities for the young (and young at heart) in the Solara resort, you can also entertain and enjoy your privacy at home with the fantastic covered pool and grill area.
The crystal clear heated pool is set to 80 degrees during summer and 85 degrees during winter to ensure year-round enjoyment for the whole family. The fabulous outdoor grill is a treat for any grillmaster wanting to show off their skills during your getaway. Take in the poolside surroundings as you and the kids relax in a secure and enclosed paradise.
For those traveling with little ones, we offer two Pack n’ Plays, one high chair, one tension stair gate, and two strollers at no additional cost.

No Security Deposit!
In lieu of a security deposit, all our reservations are covered with accidental insurance so you can relax and enjoy your vacation. Our Accidental Damage Insurance is included in your reservation (does not cover violations of house rules), and it will appear as “Management Fee” when you check out. You do NOT need to purchase the VRBO damage waiver at check out.

Pool Heat / Propane
The cost of base level Pool Heat (per listing details) and full Propane tank(s) is included in your reservation.
A baseline of setting of Pool Heat - set to 80 degrees in the summer (May - Sep), and 85 degrees in the winter (Sep - Apr) is included in your reservation. The Heat Pump Runs from 6AM - 12AM). During the winter, to maintain a more moderate pool temperature at all times, it requires a higher temperature (typically 90 degrees) and the pump to run 24 HRS a day during your stay. If this sounds like a better option for you, we can provide this service at an additional cost of $25 / Day. Please let our team know at least 24 HRS in advance, as it can take that amount of time to heat the pool with cooler outdoor temperatures.
If you need additional propane beyond the full tank + back up provided, that would be at your own cost.

Check-In
Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 10:00am. We do offer either early check-in or late check-out, or both! However, please note this option is only available if we don't have same day check-in as we require enough time between reservations to clean the home to our professional standards. Please send the requests well in advance so that we can coordinate in advance with our cleaning crew.

Supplies
A starter pack of supplies will be provided for your arrival. This includes:
1 Dish sponge
1 Paper towel
1 Dish detergent
3 Extra trash bags
2 Rolls of toilet paper per bathroom
2 - 3 Dishwashing capsules
1 Small soap and shampoo/conditioner per bathroom
Please stop by the local supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

Housekeeping
There is no daily housekeeping service included in the rental rate. Before check-in, the unit will be thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company. Clean sheets and towels will be available in the unit. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.

Interaction with guests
We are here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call/message away if any issues arise - we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. You will be able to self-check in upon arrival.

Guests of this gorgeous villa have complete access to the entire home the moment they step through the front door. With self-check-in, we invite guests to make themselves at home here in this beautiful Disney getaway.

Solara Resort offers multiple unique and exciting activities for the whole family to enjoy. Book your timeslot for the Wave Simulator, play around in the splash pad and pool area, or challenge family and friends to a game of basketball, volleyball, or soccer. A fitness center, bar, and grill await the adults in the group. Teens and tweens are welcome in an age-oriented center just for them, and the whole family can indulge in the ice cream parlor and Tiki Bar.

There is an onsite washer and dryer for you to use, along with high-speed WiFi throughout the home and a designated workspace for those who may need to work while away.
