MORE THAN JUST A RENTAL

This is your HOME away from home, not just a house, with a south facing pool.
This home comes equipped with all needed items for up to 8 people to spend the entire week without even leaving the resort.
Free, all Resort activities are included during your stay. The resort has a large pool, splash pad for the little ones, sand volleyball court, basketball court, tennis court, and beach area, among other activities.

If you would like to venture out, Lake Berkley Resort is just minutes from Walt Disney World, Universal & SeaWorld, plus all the other activates Central Florida has to offer. There is so much more to the area than the major parks. Try exploring some of the other things available in the area. After a long day away from home, come back to enjoy your private screened in pool and a hot, delicious meal prepared in your fully equipped kitchen with friends and family.


Free WIFI and Internet so you can watch the latest shows on one of the 6 different smart flat screen televisions or brows on your computer or cell phone.

Guests Access the resort through the 24-hour manned security gate where they will be greeted by the guard. All guests are given full access to Lake Berkley Resort with all its amenities. Upon arrival at your vacation home, you will use your own private code to enter the house. Additionally, for your safety and the security of the home, there is a camera and Nest door bell.

Other things to note;
The kitchen is equipped with most equipment and items you will need to prepare a wonderful family meal. Try putting a meal together in the crock pot before going to the parks and coming home to the smell of a great supper when you return.
If you find any item that you think is needed in the house, please let us know. It will probably be there on your next visit.

Pool heat is available when requested for a fee of $25 per night.

There is a pack and play and a high chair in the games room for your use as needed.

The house is situated in the back of the resort thereby offering very few cars passing by, limited neighbors and usually a very quiet retreat for your enjoyment and pleasure with off street parking for 2 cars in your own driveway in front of the house.

The house was clean and enjoyable. We felt really safe. The neighborhood was beautiful! The host was responsive. I would definitely recommend this property. The only recommendation is to steam clean the dining room chairs.

Lovely villa and was as described. It had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the outside space and paid extra for pool heating which was needed in March. Loved the table tennis-this was one of the reasons we booked this villa. Quick reply from the host with any communication. 5 mins to Walmart and Aldi and lots of restaurants within a short drive. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for having us!

The property was very clean. The furniture was modern, comfortable, and up-to-date. It was furnished with all the appliances you would need and the appliances were clean. Each TV had its own Roku setup. Check in and check out was seamless.

We stayed here visiting from North Dakota and Detroit, and met with family that live in FL that we have not seen in 15-27 years. This home was perfectly sized, perfectly clean, perfectly supplied for at-home cooking, perfectly decorated and had every comfort of home. We loved the heated pool and the fountains in the pool, as well as the tall and full shrubs behind the house providing privacy while in the pool. The front and back patio had every amenity, fan, light, furniture, pool toys/floats, etc. The game room and laundry room was a plus. Beds, linens, towels, pillows perfect. Resort perfect, neighborhood perfect, parking perfect, location to everything Orlando and Kissimmee perfect. Friendly guards at the front of the exclusive gated resort community.

Nice and cozy with plenty of space

The place was awesome, the host was very responsive and helpful, super clean house and really great for the price and in a nice quiet neighborhood. Check in was easy and simple. The house was very spacious and felt like home. Close to many shopping centers. Pool was nice. Perfect amount of sun and shade! Overall, I give a 10 out of 10. I would definitely stay here again!
