We travel to Florida every year. We picked this house because of the fenced in yard for the dogs. They have TVs in every room and outside! Kitchen is very nice and roomy. Everything worked and many supplies were provided. Would love to come again.

The house inside was adequate but a few problems, poor drainage in sink and shower, and dishwasher didn’t work. There were wrenches under the kitchen sink which indicated there was a problem. The neighborhood was very sketchy with a lot of run down houses. This house is poorly maintained outside as well.

Cute house, unique accommodations

Overall, we had a wonderful time! The house was very cute, with a nice layout. The private, screened in pool was perfect. They had an arcade machine in one room which is super special and fun! The location made it convenient to get to and from the airport but still central to other neighborhoods in central Florida. My only criticism comes from there not being many uses of things like laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper etc. If you are the stay here, I’d recommend bringing or buying some of your own if you’re staying a week or more. Also, we couldn’t get the dishwasher to work so had to hand wash most dishes.

A Wonderful Week while visiting family and Hamcation

We spent a week in this beautiful home while visiting our family who live in the area and attending the annual amateur radio Hamcation hamfest in Orlando. The house was in excellent shape and very clean. We didn't use the pool since it was still too cool but it was serviced while we were there and also very clean. Our 16 year old granddaughter spent one night with us and enjoyed the colored ceiling lights in her room. The only problems we encountered were the dishwasher and garbage disposal didn't operate and Abner insured us he would have them repaired. The smart tv's in the house are not on any cable tv service so the only tv entertainment is via the Internet and any pay streaming services you may be subscribed to. We were able to use our own home cable tv subscription streaming service to watch our favorite channels on our laptop computer and tablet but it wouldnt allow it's application to run on a different provider that the house afforded on the smart tv's.
