Guest Access:

Guests will enter the community through the security gate where they will be greeted by a guard. Bella Vida resort does not allow trailers of any kind (ie. boats, trailers, RV's, campers, U-Hauls, etc).



Guest can park in the driveway up to 4 vehicles. Guest can also park to the clubhouse, overnight parking is allowed for up to 2 vehicles.



You'll also gain full access to the luxurious BellaVida Resort, which features a large resort style swimming pool, a fitness facility, games room, cafe, volleyball and basketball courts, and plenty of space to lounge.

Pet Friendly:

• A pet fee of $129/pet per stay will be added at the time of booking if the pet is added to the reservation. If no pet is declared during booking, we will collect the fee separately. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per stay, small and medium dogs up to 40 lbs.

• If you have more than one pet, please note that an extra fee per pet will also be collected after booking confirmation.



Additional Services:

• Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35/night, which we provide upon request. Please note that heating service is available with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Feel free to reach out for more details.

• We offer mid-stay cleaning for reservations over 3 days in duration. This service is available for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.



We're happy to deliver:

--> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for $40 (one-time fee)

House Rules:

1. Please don’t party or host events or you will be asked to leave with no refund

2. Please don’t smoke inside my home or you will be charged a $150 fine or your full security deposit

3. If there’s a pool/hot tub, don't tamper with the heating controls or you’ll be charged $150

4. If there’s a BBQ and you use it, please refill the propane tank

5. Please don't set the AC below 72F or you'll damage it

6. Please don’t check-out late or you’ll be charged a $150 fine per hour past check-out

7. Please clean up after yourself and any pets. Large messes will cost up to one extra cleaning fee

8. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in our home.
