The Space:

Soft Florida light filters across the private patio as you step toward the pool, inviting a refreshing morning dip before the day’s adventures begin. Inside, the spacious living area welcomes you to unwind, whether you’re gathering around the game room for friendly competition or settling into a quiet corner after a visit to nearby theme parks. Evenings drift easily from the Star Wars TV room to indoor‑outdoor dining, where the scent of grilled favorites mingles with the gentle evening breeze.



Sleeping arrangements

The home offers six bedrooms and nine beds, comfortably accommodating groups of sixteen or more. Downstairs, a bedroom opens onto a shared full bathroom, while the upper level houses five additional bedrooms and four full bathrooms. This layout provides privacy and convenience for families and friends returning from a full day at Disney World, Universal Studios, or other Central Florida attractions.



Indoor living

A generous living room provides ample seating for the whole group to relax together. A dedicated movie room features bean‑bag chairs and a popcorn machine, creating a cozy setting for film nights. The game room is stocked with foosball and air hockey for lively matches. Essential comforts include air conditioning, heating, Wi‑Fi, a flat‑screen TV, and a washer and dryer for added convenience.

A large, fully equipped kitchen with stainless‑steel appliances invites you to prepare meals at home. Cooking basics are supplied, and the open layout makes it easy to move between cooking and dining. Getting Around:

Feel safe and right at home when you enter the gated community with 24-hour security guard. Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked back to back, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property.



Other Things to Note:

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.



If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored.



A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay:

-For 1-Night Reservations: Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. This is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout.

-For Reservations of 2 Nights or More: Guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.



It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not provided. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking.

We conveniently offer self check-in and check-out. Though we are not available in person, we are happy to answer any questions and help accommodate to the best of our ability!
