While the hotel was generally comfortable, our experience was significantly impacted by two major issues that affected our stay.
First, the hotel advertises a complimentary shuttle service to Seaworld. However, upon arrival, the front desk informed us that this service had been cancelled a week prior. We received no notification about this change at any point before our arrival. As we had already pre-booked our Seaworld tickets and our itinerary was tightly scheduled with no flexibility, we were forced to spend over $100 on additional transportation over two days to get there. This was both an unexpected expense and an inconvenience that disrupted our plans.
Additionally, the air conditioning unit in our room was extremely noisy, which severely disrupted our sleep, especially for the elderly members of our family. The constant noise made it difficult to rest properly.
While the hotel may have other positive qualities, these issues significantly affected our overall experience and convenience during our trip.
