The property was exactly as described. Sandra was an excellent host, communication was great. There were reminders and notes about how to keep the stay as perfect as possible. We did not use these, but there were additional inflatable mattresses available as well as a few beach toys and other assorted items to help make the stay more pleasant. The property was easy to find, safe and clean. The road noise was as described by the host, the unit faces the road. We heard a few motorcycles that sounded like they were racing down the road, but after a long day at the parks it didn't bother us. If your sensitive to noise, be aware it can be noticeable (it did not bother us at all). We did occasionally hear the neighbor directly above walking around. Nothing that was excessive or unbearable. There are plenty of options for places to eat and a grocery store nearby. The unit is located in a great location that is convenient to dining and parks. There is a small basketball court that we used, didn't have time to use the pool (it looked very nice). Overall, Sandra was great and the unit was amazing. The value compared to local hotels was amazing. We used this as a base to explore the Universal Parks, it was a 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic but worth the time. Next time we visit, we will definitely look to book this unit again.
