My family and I had a really good time when we stayed here. One thing that I did not like was that I had a medical emergency (major surgery) and the owner was not willing to refund any of my stay, but I also realize that I did not purchase their insurance. There were a few things that happened that required their staff to come out to the house. First our dryer stopped working, we also had an issue with cleanliness, we couldn’t find remote remotes for certain TVs because they were not in the correct rooms, and there were towels in the dryer from the previous guests.. We found old cereal in the house as well as other trash and medication’s. I think it could have been dangerous if my kids would have found it. Also, the furniture and fixtures were quite old and need some sprucing up. The house itself was really nice though and overall, the team was super responsive. Anytime we had questions within business hours they reached out to us within a couple of hours and had someone come over right away to fix the issue. I think some small updating and some attention to detail would really help but overall, I would definitely stay here again. I also wanted to mention that the pool was fantastic and very clean and also the heater worked fabulously. I have stayed with my family at other homes and no heater has been as good as the pool heater at this property. I look forward to booking with them again and appreciate their ability to resolve issues and send out help immediately. We had fun!

Multi-family trip, ages 1-75. Cons Beds extremely uncomfortable, could feel the springs. Even had to move one adult and put a child in their bed as it was so uncomfortable. Outdoor furniture needs cushions. Couldn’t lay on loungers. Not enough seating in living room All recliners in theatre room are broken and don’t recline Ice maker was broken (they did bring us a bag of ice when we asked about it) Pros Pool temperature was great Lots of towels Beautiful kitchen island and everything you needed in a kitchen was there Pool toys available Resort offered free arcade, splash pad, and lazy river which kids loved No backyard neighbours Would definitely stay here again.

Great experience!

Great experience! Plenty of room and close to the parks. Very good communication with Blue Sky Villas. Only disappointment was that the clubhouse pool was closed the one day we planned on a big pool day with the little kids! Best part of the house was the pool!

Vacation Rental Review

This is a large home that can accommodate a large family and children. I had a small issue with the pool/hot tub getting hot and I reached out to the office and the issue was resolved the same day. I recommend with a large family that you bring your own linen because there were only a few provided. Overall, I rate this home a 4.5 out of 5. The reason for the 4.5 is the carpet needed cleaning and the outside trash container was full of trash and was not removed prior to our arrival.

Little Things That Matter

Starters, we arrived early and asked for early check-in, but it wasn't granted because I was told that the house was still being cleaned, then inspected for cleanliness! Upon arrival to the house, it didn't look like it was cleaned all that well. There was dirt and debris on top of the refrigerator, slippers under a sink and un-cleaned storage room on patio. The refrigerator filter light came on day. Called maintenance and the gentlemen said first they change them every 2 months, then before every 1 month, I mean what is it? Trash was left in the big can outside. 1st night a bed broke, but they came out and fixed it and another bed collapse, because it had the incorrect sllats on it. There was no blinds on the of one bathrooms, downstairs, any from next door upstairs could look directly into the bathroom. Also, the blinds to the sliding window going out to the patio were not on, they were on the floor in the media room. There was no pool cleaning equipment, the maintenance gentleman brought that later. Like I said, for the amount of money we spent for a week at this house, I would've expected a lot more! I was very disappointed with the accommodations and I hope the owner gets this response.

Great Space for Thanksgiving

We had a good experience with this property. It was spacious and clean. The house accommodated our family 20 people nicely. I had to contact the property manager upon arrival to inform them of a broken tray in the refrigerator & the pool heating & I got a response right away. The only issues is the parking. The homes are extremely close & no room for more than 4 cars to park. We rented a big house to accommodate a large family, many of whom were driving in from different states & cities and there is a limit to amount of cars….

It was wonderful beautiful home. Just need a big commerical size fan or portable ac/heat unit in garage. It was too hot enjoy that room only little small broken blade fan that made so much notice watchin movies we gave up In that room. Invest in a AC/Heat Portable unit plugs in wall sit in the room other than that it was great love it

Family Trip

The home is beautiful, theater was real nice just to hot no air conditioning they did bring a fan, we enjoyed the swimming pool the kids had a ball, the house was furnished with everything you need the only improvement I would suggest is put more bath cloths in the bathrooms. Great trip. Anything we ask for or needed Maintenance took care of it.

Great Family Vacation Home

This is a very beautiful, clean and spacious vacation home for special family memories! Communication is good with the company. However the upper level is cooler than the lower level. There are a couple of fans in the house which were helpful for our great family time.
