Infinity Blue Villa at Windsor Hills is a fully renovated 5BD/5BR villa with south facing heated pool and spa included in the price. It is located in Windsor Hills Resort, a guard gated community, minutes away from Walt Disney World Resort, grocery stores and restaurants.

The villa sleeps 10 guests. All bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms with quartz countertops, travel toiletries and hair dryers:

* 2 master bedrooms on the ground floor with king size beds, 65" smart TVs, USB ports on nightstands, ceiling fans and walk-in closets
* 1 bedroom on the ground floor with queen size bed, USB ports on nightstands and ceiling fan
* 2 bedrooms on the second floor with full size bunk beds, 56" smart TVs, USB ports on beds and children night lights

The kitchen was redone completely with new cabinets, quartz countertops, new appliances, pots, pans, dishes, glasses and ustensiles. A second refrigerator is available in the game room.

The garage was converted into a game room and is equipped with an air hockey table, a foosball table, a dual shot basketball game, an arcade with hundreds of games and a PS5 console on a 75'' smart TV.

The villa is equipped with baby gears: Pack N Play, highchair, children car seat, baby play mat, stroller.

Guests can also enjoy the Windsor Hills Resort amenities: the lagoon pool and water slides, the hot tub, the clubhouse which includes a game room, a fitness center, a movie theatre, ping pong tables, a mini market and a snack bar. The sports recreational area includes basketball and tennis courts, sand volleyball court and putting green. There are also two playgrounds on the resort.

1- Is there a BBQ grill?
A BBQ grill is available at the villa. Guests are responsible for cleaning and gas.

2- Is pool and spa heated?
Pool and spa heating is included in the rental fee. The pool heater heats the pool to ~84 degrees and the spa to ~96 degrees.

3- Does the home have a child safety fence blocking the pool?
There is a child safety fence, as well as pool alarms on the doors leading out to the pool, which meets local safety code requirements.

4- Is the kitchen fully stocked?
The kitchen is fully stocked with new pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, plates, glasses, kids flatware and utensils, a blender, a toaster, a mini-mixer, a coffee maker, etc. ** Due to liability reasons no food or food related items are provided. **

5- What type of coffee maker is in the villa?
The coffee maker is a Keurig K-Duo. It uses both K-Cup pods and/or ground coffee to brew a cup or a carafe of your favorite coffee.

6- Are linens and towels provided?
Linens and towels, including beach towels, are provided.

7- What paper products and cleaning products are provided?
Only starter amounts of paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags and cleaning products are provided. The home is otherwise self-catering.

8- Is Wifi provided for free?
Complimentary wireless internet is provided.

9- Is smoking allowed? Are pets allowed?
Smoking is NOT allowed in the villa. Pets of any kind are NOT allowed.

10- What are the times for check-in and checkout?
