I had an excellent experience at Gaylord Palms and absolutely loved the hotel. The room was incredible, and the view overlooking the shows made it even more special. Old Hickory Steakhouse was truly out of this world—an unforgettable dining experience. A special thank-you to Carlos at the front desk for going above and beyond to get us the most beautiful room. Hands down, our best Christmas ever!
